PROTOTYPES: We can produce pre production models, for submission to the customer and or approval testing.
APPROVALS: We have a wealth of expertise in identifying relevant standards and preparing models for approvals by the appropriate test houses. We can carry out pre-compliance testing for EMC, Safety, IP ratings etc.
LIFE TESTING: Confidence in the reliability of any product is crucial, as is early identification of potential weak spots. We can carry out life tests either to your requirements, or we can recommend the best conditions and duration.
PURCHASING: We are happy to receive all or part of the kit free issue, or we can offer a complete sourcing, purchasing, and kitting service. With our extensive knowledge of the market and unique relationships with many of our suppliers, it is most likely that this will be the most economical solution.
PCB ASSEMBLY: We have facilities for Surface Mount and conventional through hole assembly. These include Auto Surface Mount and Reflow, Cropmatic and Flow Solder. Completed boards can then be cleaned in our ultrasonic cleaning tank, prior to conformal coating etc depending on requirements.

Next stage was to install it into a Power equipment rack, also designed and manufactured in house!
INSPECTION: Our fully trained Inspectors will check the quality and build according to a combination of samples, process instructions and soldering standards, as required.
TEST: If required ATE can be used on PCB's to ensure component values are within spec, placement, and continuity, before functional testing. Many assemblies require specialist test jigs and loads etc. to be manufactured, this can also be offered in house. We have a comprehensive range of test equipment, which is all calibrated to national standards where required.
FINAL VERIFICATION: Stringent procedures are adhered to throughout production. As a final safety net, we carry out auditing of the finished product either to BS6001, or the customers requirement. Records are kept for a minimum of 5 years.
DELIVERY: Product can be delivered either by our own transport, or a carrier, depending on requirements.
